Responsibilities:

• Leadership – Lead ME role with 4 direct reports supporting product design, development, manufacturing and R&D.
• Leads, maintains and creates CAD models. Distributes work packages to direct reports.
• Mechanical Design – Design equipment for heavy duty industrial applications.
• Standards/Process – Implements design/drawing standards and drawing control process

Qualifications:

• Inventor 3D CAD and vault skills desired
• Project management skills
• Design and specification of simple and more complex equipment related to the steel industry 
• Manufacturing support with drawings, updates and corrections
• Sales supports with general mechanical concepts and renderings
• Field Service and equipment installation
• Technical writing and PC skills
• Customer support skills
• Strong customer service skills
