Responsibilities:

• Design equipment for heavy duty industrial applications
• Generate and modify drawings, BOMs and manufacturing instructions
• Implements design/drawing standards and drawing control process
• Performs engineering design on specific tasks and portions of a broader projects under minimal supervision 
• Technical sales support with general mechanical concepts and renderings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Inventor 3D CAD and Vault skills desired
• Experience with Project Management to execute medium scale projects
• Design and specification of simple to complex equipment related to the steel industry  
• Manufacturing support with drawings, updates, and corrections
• Familiarity with equipment used in steel industry (valves, gas regulators, burners, etc.)
• Ability to travel for sales support, field service and equipment installation (<10%)
• Technical writing and PC Skills
• Strong customer service/ support skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong emphasis on quality
• 5+ years of industry related experience
