GERDAU MIDLOTHIAN ORDERS NEW HORIZONTAL LADLE PREHEATER

Gerdau Midlothian, Texas has ordered a fully customized horizontal ladle preheater from INTECO PTI. 

The whole package consists of engineering, project management, installation, start up and commissioning for the project as well as the supply of the equipment. The package also includes state of the art software and preheater controls to maximize utility consumption.

This specific unit will have a cast refractory lid, an exhaust connection to the main duct as well as maintenance gates on the side.

All preheater components will be engineered, and fully custom built in our own workshop in Atlanta, GA.
