NUCOR DECATUR ORDERS NEW TUNDISH DRYVIBE UPGRADE PACKAGE

Nucor Steel Decatur, located in Alabama has placed an order with INTECO PTI for a new Tundish Dryvibe Mandrel Upgrade Package for their existing Tundish Dryvibe Mandrel.  The New Tundish Mandrel will include combustion air and natural gas controls lines. The components will be mounted on a skid on the mandrel in a manner to protect them from heat and to facilitate maintenance activities. The gas train will include all required control and safety devices.

All preheater components will be engineered, and fully custom built in our own workshop here in Atlanta, GA.
