Two new tundish preheaters for Gerdau Catersville

Gerdau Cartersville in GA has placed an order with INTECO PTI for 2 new Tundish Preheaters.  The New Tundish Preheaters will include combustion air and natural gas control lines and three 3.0 MM BTU Natural Gas Burners.  In addition, Infrared Temperature sensors will be mounted into the tundish refractory lid to directly measure the refractory temperature in the bottom of the Tundish.  This additional process data will allow better control of the tundish refractory preheat process. 

All preheater components will be engineered, and fully custom built in our own workshop here in Atlanta, GA.
