Vertical Ladle Preheater upgrade for Gerdau Catersville

Gerdau Cartersville has ordered a customized Vertical Ladle Preheater upgrade package from INTECO PTI. 

The whole revamping package consists of the existing Vertical Ladle Preheater. Moreover, engineering, project management, start up and commissioning for the project is part of the scope of supply. The package also includes state of the art software and preheater controls to minimize utility consumption.

All preheater components will be engineered, and fully custom built in our own workshop in Atlanta, GA.
